  1. Subscription Terms — Automatic Renewal

OWN5 offers subscription plans that renew automatically. By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Recurring billing: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period — every 30 days for the monthly plan, or every 90 days for the quarterly plan — and your stored payment method is automatically charged the then-current subscription price plus applicable taxes on each renewal date, until you cancel.
  • Disclosed pricing: The recurring charge amount and billing frequency are clearly displayed at checkout before you subscribe.
  • Renewal reminders: We send a reminder email before each renewal charge.
  • How to cancel: You can cancel anytime through your customer account at own5health.com (log in, go to Manage Subscription, and select Cancel) or by emailing support@own5health.com. Cancellation is effective immediately for all future charges. To avoid being billed for the next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
  • Pause and skip: You may also pause or skip a delivery through your customer account without canceling.
  • Already-processed charges: If a renewal has already been charged, that shipment will be delivered as scheduled and is subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Payment failures: If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the charge and/or notify you to update your payment method. We may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be collected.
  1. Money-Back Guarantee, Returns, and Refunds

Your first order is covered by our money-back guarantee — 90 days on the quarterly plan and 30 days on the monthly plan and one-time purchases, counted from delivery. The guarantee applies once per customer and household, on the first order only, and even if the products have been opened.   1. Shipping and Delivery

Refer to our Shipping Policy for information about shipping rates, delivery times, and other details. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, but if a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with you to make it right as described in our Shipping and Refund Policies.

  1. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Welcome Kit

Promotional offers, discount codes, launch credits, and welcome kits (including the 90-day plan welcome kit) are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse promotional benefits in cases of abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to claim first-order offers.

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription renewal reminders, and account notices).   • Class action waiver: You and OWN5 agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
  • Arbitration will take place in the county where you reside or another mutually agreed location, and may be conducted remotely.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@own5health.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out.
  • If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section shall be null and void.
