Refund & Returns Policy

OWN5 accepts returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned or refunded.

How to start a return
Email: info@own5.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Subscriptions
You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your account or by emailing us.

  • Monthly plan: ships a 30-day supply each month. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
  • 90-day plan: billed every 3 months and shipped as a single 90-day supply per order. Because the full supply ships at once, canceling simply stops your next quarterly order and charge. Orders that have already shipped are covered by our return policy above (unopened items only).
